Angel Card holders will be entitled to receive future proceeds from their exclusive Angel Pool Pledge, which is a pool of proceeds that will be distributed based on the proportion of proceeds from each of StoryNFT's project announcements, weighted according to the Announcement Limit. The Angel Pool is a unique benefit for Angel Card holders, and it will be set up according to the revenue of specific projects as the basis for each pledge pool.

In addition to the Angel Pool, Angel Card holders will also receive additional benefits such as IDO/Equity Subscriptions at physical events. They will also enjoy preferential treatment in organizing physical events. The reason why we limit the number of Angel Card members to less than 10,000 is because in the future, we will continue to provide the card holders with honorable rights in our projects, so there will be a cost consideration as well. According to our calculations, the value of the Angel Card far exceeds the value of Angel Crowdfunding.
